We do not sell your personal data.
Sellers use Sellioly to collect information needed to process orders.
In this context, the seller remains responsible for their relationship with the end customer.
Sellioly provides the technical tool to store and manage this data, but the seller must use it only for legitimate purposes related to their business: order processing, delivery, customer follow-up, and after-sales service.
By default, Sellioly lets sellers open WhatsApp with prefilled order messages (WhatsApp / wa.me links), without enabling WhatsApp Center.
When WhatsApp Center is enabled for an account, it lets sellers receive and send WhatsApp messages from Sellioly and link those conversations to COD orders. That feature may be rolled out gradually and is not necessarily available to every seller.
In that case, the seller retains ownership of their Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), business phone number, and Meta payment method. Sellioly provides the software platform and processes data needed to run the inbox.
Fees for sending WhatsApp messages via Meta's API (Meta conversations), if any, are billed by Meta to the seller on their Business account. The Sellioly subscription is separate.
Connection to the WhatsApp Business API, when offered, may be assisted by Sellioly or, when available, through Meta Embedded Signup. The data listed above is processed only when that feature is enabled.
To request deletion of WhatsApp-related or account data, see our Data Deletion Instructions page or email [email protected].
To provide Sellioly, certain data may be hosted, processed, or transmitted to technical providers necessary for the service to operate, including:
Hetzner Online GmbH: server / VPS hosting
DigitalOcean, LLC: managed database and object storage
Mailgun Technologies, Inc.: transactional email delivery
Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, security, performance, and site protection
Meta Platforms, Inc.: WhatsApp Business API (messaging, webhooks, templates) when WhatsApp Center is enabled
We share only the data necessary for the relevant service. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also share data when required by law or to protect Sellioly, its users, or third parties against fraud, abuse, or security risks.
Sellioly may contain links or integrations with third-party services.
These services have their own privacy policies and terms of use.
When WhatsApp Center is used, messages also pass through Meta infrastructure (WhatsApp Business Platform). Meta applies its own rules, pricing, and policies.
Sellioly is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of these independent third-party services.
Data may be hosted or processed on infrastructure located in Morocco, Europe, the United States, or other countries depending on the technical providers used.
Sellioly uses Hetzner for server hosting, DigitalOcean for managed database and object storage, Mailgun for transactional emails, and Cloudflare for DNS, security, and site performance.
When data is processed by providers located outside the user's country, we take reasonable measures to protect that data in accordance with applicable requirements.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide Sellioly, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, or manage our business.
