Welcome to Sellioly.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using the Sellioly website, application, and services.

By creating an account or using Sellioly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Sellioly

Sellioly is a SaaS platform that helps sellers create an online store, receive cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, and manage their orders from a dashboard.

Sellioly provides a software tool. Sellioly is not the seller of products published in stores created by users.

Each seller remains responsible for their store, products, customers, and business activity.

2. Account creation

To use Sellioly, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • the security of your login credentials;

  • activity carried out through your account;

  • the information you add to your store;

  • keeping your information up to date.

You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization. Sellioly may suspend or delete an account in case of abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or non-compliant use of these Terms.

3. Seller responsibility

As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • your products, descriptions, images, and prices;

  • product availability;

  • delivery information;

  • order processing;

  • confirmation, shipping, and delivery;

  • returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaints;

  • your relationship with customers;

  • compliance with laws applicable to your business.

Sellioly provides the platform but does not guarantee the quality, availability, delivery, or compliance of products sold by stores using Sellioly.

4. Relationship with end customers

When a customer places an order on a store created with Sellioly, the commercial relationship is between the seller and the customer.

Sellioly is not a party to the sale between the seller and the end customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The seller remains responsible for order follow-up, delivery, customer service, and any disputes.

5. Prohibited products and uses

You must not use Sellioly to sell or promote illegal, dangerous, misleading, or prohibited products or services. The following are notably prohibited:

  • illegal or counterfeit products;

  • products that infringe third-party rights;

  • fraudulent, false, or abusive content;

  • activities that mislead customers;

  • any use contrary to the law or these Terms.

Sellioly may remove a product, suspend a store, or block an account if prohibited use is detected.

6. Subscription, free trial, and payment

Sellioly may offer a free trial, a monthly or annual subscription, or any other offer indicated on the website or in the application.

Prices, included features, trial duration, and payment terms are displayed on the pricing page or in the user area.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • the free trial allows you to test the platform for a limited period;

  • certain features may require a paid subscription;

  • users may cancel their subscription according to the terms provided;

  • Sellioly may change its prices or plans with reasonable notice to affected users.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting support.

Unless required by law or otherwise stated, payments already made are not automatically refundable.

In case of a billing error or serious technical issue, you may contact Sellioly. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

After cancellation, access to certain features may be limited or discontinued at the end of the already paid period.

8. Third-party services

Sellioly may use or integrate with third-party services, for example:

  • hosting;

  • email;

  • analytics;

  • payment;

  • messaging;

  • delivery;

  • external APIs.

These services may have their own terms, limits, and pricing. Sellioly is not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, or decisions made by third-party services.

9. WhatsApp, automation, and AI

Sellioly lets sellers communicate with customers about COD orders, including via prefilled WhatsApp messages opened from the dashboard (WhatsApp / wa.me links).

Sellioly may also offer, for certain accounts or at a later date, an optional WhatsApp Center to manage customer conversations from the platform. That feature is not included by default in every plan and may be rolled out gradually.

When WhatsApp Center is enabled, the seller remains the owner of their Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), WhatsApp business phone number, and the related Meta payment method.

Fees for sending WhatsApp messages via Meta's API (conversations billed by Meta), if any, are paid by the seller through their Meta Business account. The Sellioly subscription does not cover these Meta fees.

Connection to the WhatsApp Business API, when offered, may be configured with Sellioly's assistance or, when available, through Meta Embedded Signup. These features depend on Meta's rules and availability and are not required to use the Sellioly COD store.

Sellioly may also gradually offer automation or artificial intelligence features related to messaging.

The seller remains responsible for:

  • messages sent to their customers;

  • compliance with Meta / WhatsApp rules and applicable laws;

  • verifying important information;

  • business decisions made with or without automated assistance;

  • correctly configuring their Meta account and payment method.

AI features, when available, are provided as assistance. They do not replace the seller's judgment.

10. Service availability

We do our best to keep Sellioly available, secure, and functional.

However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error.

Sellioly may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or issues related to a third-party service.

11. Data and privacy

Using Sellioly involves processing personal data, including account, store, order, and end-customer data.

This processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using Sellioly, you agree that your data will be processed in accordance with that Policy.

12. Intellectual property

Sellioly, its name, logo, interface, design, code, and content belong to Sellioly or its rights holders.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or exploit Sellioly without prior written authorization.

You retain rights to content you add to your store, but you authorize Sellioly to host and display it to provide the service.

13. Limitation of liability

Sellioly does not guarantee:

  • that your store will generate sales;

  • that your customers will confirm or pay for their orders;

  • that your orders will be delivered;

  • that your business will succeed;

  • that third-party services will operate without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, Sellioly shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, or business interruptions related to use of the platform.

You use Sellioly at your own responsibility.

14. Changes to these Terms

Sellioly may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the service, practices, or legal obligations.

The update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

In case of a material change, we may notify users by email, notification, or any other appropriate means.
