These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellioly's website and platform. By accessing or using Sellioly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Sellioly.
Sellioly is an e-commerce SaaS platform that helps local sellers launch and manage professional online stores. The platform is designed to support sellers who use Cash on Delivery (COD) as their primary payment method. Sellioly is currently operating in a Launch Partner Program phase. During this phase, access to the platform is limited and invite-only. We work closely with a small group of sellers to launch real stores, learn, and improve the platform.
To use Sellioly, you must:
Be legally able to run a business in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and truthful information when applying for access
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Sellioly reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the platform at its discretion, especially during the Launch Partner Program phase.
During the Launch Partner Program phase:
Limited Access: Access to Sellioly is limited and applications are reviewed manually
No Guarantee of Acceptance: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program
Program Changes: Sellioly may pause or stop accepting new Launch Partners at any time
Launch Support: We provide launch support and onboarding, but we cannot guarantee the success of your store or business
This is a collaborative early-stage program. We work together to launch stores and improve the platform.
You are responsible for:
Account Security: Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
Account Activity: All activity that occurs under your account
Content: All content you upload, including product information, descriptions, images, and store content
Compliance: Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms
You must notify Sellioly immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
As a seller using Sellioly, you are responsible for:
Your Products: The accuracy of product information, pricing, descriptions, and images
Order Fulfillment: Fulfilling orders placed through your store, including delivery and customer service
Seller of Record: You are the seller of record for all transactions. Sellioly does not act as the seller
Customer Disputes: Resolving any disputes between you and your customers. Sellioly is not responsible for disputes between sellers and customers
Sellioly provides the platform and tools, but you are responsible for your business operations.
Sellioly currently focuses on Cash on Delivery transactions:
COD Support: The platform supports Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method
No Online Payments: Sellioly does not process online card payments at this stage
No Cash Handling: Sellioly does not handle cash collection, shipping, or delivery
Seller Responsibility: Logistics, delivery, and cash collection remain your responsibility
If Sellioly adds online payment processing in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users.
One-Time Launch Fee: A one-time launch fee may apply during the Launch Partner Program phase
No Subscription During Launch: No recurring subscription fees are charged during the launch phase
Future Pricing: If subscriptions or recurring fees are introduced, we will communicate this in advance with at least 60 days notice
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
All fees are stated clearly before you commit to using the service
Sellioly aims to provide reliable service, but:
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Service Changes: The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable
Feature Changes: Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed during the launch phase
Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and communicate significant changes when possible.
You agree not to:
Use Sellioly for any illegal activities or in violation of any laws
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior
Abuse, harm, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Use the platform in a way that could damage Sellioly's reputation or operations
Sellioly may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these rules.
You may stop using Sellioly at any time
Sellioly may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
During the Launch Partner Program phase, Sellioly may terminate access if it is necessary for the program or platform
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Sellioly is not obligated to retain or provide access to your data after termination, though we may retain data as required by law.
Sellioly owns the platform, software, design, branding, and all intellectual property related to Sellioly
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform without permission
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store (products, descriptions, images, etc.). By using Sellioly, you grant Sellioly a limited license to display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing services to you.
Sellioly is provided "as is" and "as available":
No Warranties: Sellioly does not provide warranties or guarantees about the platform's performance, availability, or results
Business Risks: Sellioly is not liable for business losses, missed sales, delivery issues, or any indirect or consequential damages
Platform Limitations: Sellioly is not responsible for issues arising from factors outside our control (such as internet connectivity, third-party services, or customer actions)
You use Sellioly at your own risk. We take our responsibilities seriously, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

Date: We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Notification: For significant changes, we may notify you via email or through the platform
Acceptance: Your continued use of Sellioly after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms
